Announcement

Dear customers,

On 2nd May 2018, we noticed some errors related to sending and receiving email. In this case, customers using Yahoo Mail (@yahoo.com or @yahoo.com.au) will not receive our email on time. There maybe some waiting time.

This error is due to an unusual amount of traffic while sending emails from our email service provider to Yahoo Mail accounts because of which, the emails that were sent during that time got deferred. This is a temporary error and emails will be delivered to customers with Yahoo Mail account after subsequent retries.

For customers who contacted us recently and have not received our replies, we are so sorry for the inconvenience.

For other email accounts such as hotmail, outlook, gmail. If you don’t see our email, please check your SPAM folder. Your email provider may accidentally tag our @roseblanc.com.au account as SPAM.
