HOW CAN I TRACK THE PROGRESS OF MY ORDER?
We will send you a notification email or sms when your order is dispatched. In the email, you will find a tracking number and courier web address. You can find all information you need when you enter your tracking number.

I AM UNABLE TO MAKE A PURCHASE ONLINE
Ensure that you have downloaded the latest updates for your browser. Disable any AdBlock plugins or whitelist our website.

I AM UNABLE TO VIEW THE PRODUCT IMAGES
Ensure that www.roseblanc.com.au is added to your list of trusted websites on your internet browser. This will remove any blocks that are restricting you from viewing images.

I AM UNABLE TO LOG INTO MY ACCOUNT
Ensure that you are trying to log into your account with the email address you signed up with. If you are still unable to log in, try the following:

• Go to the account page at the top left hand corner ( under RoseBlanc logo) of page and then click "Forgot Password?" Enter your email address and we will send you another password.
• If you are still unable to login to your account, clear the cookies in your internet browser.

MY PAYMENT METHOD WAS NOT ACCEPTED
Ensure that you have submitted the correct credit card, card identification number and expiry date. Also check that you have sufficient funds in your account. If you are still having problems, try an alternative payment method or contact your bank. If all else fails, contact our friendly online Customer Service.

HOW DO I ENTER A DISCOUNT CODE?
All valid promotional codes need to be keyed into the "Discount" field within the shopping bag.

DO I HAVE TO BECOME A MEMBER TO PLACE AN ORDER?
You can shop with us without member account but you have to spend more time for the checkout process. All your information will not be saved for your next order and you have to re-enter all information again.

THE ITEM I WISH TO PURCHASE HAS SOLD OUT ONLINE, WHEN WILL MORE STOCK BE ARRIVING?
Our collections are produced in limited stock and can sell out fast. If you are our member then you will get notification via email when new products arrived or email us for more details.

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER OVER THE PHONE?
Sorry, we do not make that option available. Your personal information and bank details are so important that we do not want you to take the risk. Additionally, our website works great on any devices and we also provide iOS app (coming soon) so you can shop with us anytime, anywhere you want. You don’t have to worry about your personal information because it is encrypted.
